How does delivery work inside Kathmandu Valley?
We offer rapid 24–48 hour doorstep delivery across Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur using Pathao Courier and our own city dispatch riders. All orders above Rs. 1500 qualify for FREE standard delivery!
Do you deliver outside Kathmandu Valley across Nepal?
Yes! We deliver nationwide across all 7 Provinces, covering major hubs like Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Biratnagar, Dharan, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, Birtamode, Hetauda, Janakpur, and remote district centers within 2–5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) inside Kathmandu Valley & selected cities, eSewa, Khalti, direct Mobile Banking / Fonepay QR, and direct Bank Transfer (ConnectIPS).
How do I track my order & parcel status?
