Welcome to Bajrabarahi Books (accessible via bajrabooks.com). By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order through our website or WhatsApp ordering desk, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Authenticity & Catalog Information
We guarantee 100% genuine copies sourced directly from authorized publishing partners and distributors. Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). In rare instances of publisher price changes or typographical listing errors, we reserve the right to correct information before order dispatch with notice to the buyer.
3. Order Fulfillment & Courier Dispatch
Orders inside Kathmandu Valley are processed for dispatch within 24 hours. Nationwide shipments are handed over to express logistics partners (e.g. Pathao Courier) with live tracking IDs provided via SMS/WhatsApp. Delivery timelines are standard business estimates and may occasionally vary during extreme weather or regional festivals.
4. Returns & Defective Replacements
If you receive a book with severe misprinting, missing pages, or transit damage, please notify our customer desk within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the parcel. We will happily arrange a free replacement copy or a full refund.
