Memories on a Platter

Memories on a Platter is Rohini Rana’s third exploration of gastronomy, bringing together culinary memories from her childhood in India, her early married life in Nepal, and journeys made during her husband’s global postings. The collection combines Indian and Nepali heritage recipes with dishes influenced by cuisines encountered around the world. It also revisits forgotten dishes, feudal-era culinary traditions, and recipes associated with the khansamas of the British Raj, thoughtfully adapted for contemporary tastes and lifestyles.
