Overcoming Chronic Digestive Conditions

This book offers a holistic approach to healing chronic digestive conditions by addressing the emotional and traumatic roots stored in the gut. It explores the enteric nervous system, our “second brain,” and how past challenges and traumas manifest as fascial tension and cellular changes. Drawing on 25 years of clinical practice, Nikki Kenward explains the science behind the emotional gut and provides hands-on techniques, visualizations, and bodywork methods to release stagnant cellular patterns, renew the microbiome, and transform post-traumatic gut disorder into post-traumatic growth.
