The Poet

When Denver crime reporter Jack McEvoy investigates the apparent suicide of his policeman brother, he uncovers unsettling inconsistencies. This leads him to a disturbing series of police suicides, all linked by notes quoting Edgar Allan Poe. As Jack delves deeper, he realizes he is pursuing a meticulous serial killer whose victims are chosen with chilling precision. The killer, seemingly aware of Jack's every move, turns what began as the story of a lifetime into a dangerous game where Jack himself could become the next target.
