The Trading Game

Gary’s journey begins in the gritty streets of East London, beneath the towering shadows of Canary Wharf. From a young boy kicking battered footballs, he dreamt of something bigger. That dream came true when he won a bank’s competition, ‘The Trading Game,’ earning him a golden ticket to a new life as the youngest trader in the city. Here, fortunes are made beyond imagination, surrounded by brilliant yet eccentric colleagues—dysfunctional maths geniuses, overfed public schoolboys, and borderline psychopaths. Gary quickly rises to become the bank’s most profitable trader, juggling nearly a trillion dollars daily. But as he chases success, he loses sleep, sanity, and a sense of purpose.
When winning feels like losing and profits come from the downfall of millions, Gary faces a life-altering question:
Would you stick or quit, even if it meant risking everything?
