Vedic Tantrism

Vedic Tantrism serves as a revised edition of the Rgvidhana, which stands as the earliest known Vedic manual dedicated to magical and magico-religious rites. Attributed to the sage Saunaka, this text provides a simplified approach to the intricate ceremonies found within the Srauta and Grhya Sutras. By refining these ancient practices, the manual offers a more accessible framework for understanding the foundational rituals of the Vedic tradition. This edition incorporates insights from newly discovered manuscripts, providing a clearer perspective on the historical evolution of early Tantric ritualism.
