[Jindagi, Relax Please !]

उसले सत्य शिव सुन्दरको “माल” पाउँछ;

Life is formed by the union of body, mind, and soul.

Each of these elements has its own goal.

The body seeks comfort,

the mind seeks peace,

and the soul seeks bliss.

If a person manages to align these three treasures —

bodily comfort, mental peace, and soulful joy —

they attain the “mālā” (garland) of truth, divinity, and beauty.

They wear the “mālā” of Sat-Chit-Ananda (truth-consciousness-bliss).

In other words, their life becomes truly rich and fulfilled.

That fulfilled life is what we call a “relaxed” life —

a life filled with inner joy and outer beauty.
