Otherwise Known As Sheila The Great

Otherwise Known As Sheila The Great, a children's novel by Judy Blume published in 1972, is a spin-off from the Fudge series. The story focuses on Sheila Tubman, known as Peter Hatcher's rival from 'Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing', as she faces a challenging summer away from her familiar city life.
Despite her confident exterior, Sheila Tubman harbors secret fears of dogs, swimming, and the dark. Her family's summer house-sitting job in the countryside forces her to confront these anxieties and navigate new experiences outside her comfort zone.
