The Art Of Creating

This book addresses the fundamental belief that while every person is born a creator, societal conditioning has led many to believe otherwise. It explores how fear and overthinking prevent people from creating, even when they know deep down that creating is what they want to do daily. Rather than teaching how to create, the book focuses on helping readers unlearn and let go of everything preventing them from freely creating art that is deeply healing, profound, and true to themselves, encouraging them to follow what feels expansive and aligned while taking the next visible step forward.
